What Injectables Can and Can't Do
Injectable treatments at Swãe use neuromodulators, which work by relaxing the muscles responsible for expression lines. Every time you frown, squint or raise your brows, the muscle underneath folds the skin, and over the years those folds settle in as creases that stay even at rest. A neuromodulator interrupts the signal telling that muscle to contract, so the skin above it stops creasing and existing lines gradually soften. Results last three to four months.
What neuromodulators will not do is tighten loose skin, change skin texture or clear pigmentation. For those concerns, your provider will point you toward a laser, resurfacing or skin tightening treatment instead, and we will tell you that at your consultation rather than treating something that will not respond.

Injectable Treatments at Swãe Medspa
Each injectable we offer addresses a different concern, and the right one depends on where the change is happening on your face and what's causing it. Browse the treatments below to find the one that matches what you're seeing. Every service page explains how the treatment works, what happens during the appointment, how long results last and what to expect afterward, so you can go into your consultation with a clear idea of your options.

Neurotoxins
Neurotoxins relax the muscles that create expression lines, so the skin over them stays smoother. Results appear within a week or two and last three to four months, with no downtime.
Why Patients Choose Swãe for Injectables
Injectable results depend heavily on who's holding the syringe. Product choice, dose, placement depth and an understanding of how your face moves all shape the outcome. Our injectors are medically trained and plan each treatment around your features rather than a standard template.
Natural-looking results
We aim for you to look rested and like yourself. Overfilled or frozen results are usually the product of too much product or the wrong placement, and we avoid both.
A conservative approach
It's easier to add than to take away, so we often start with a lighter treatment and adjust at your follow-up if you want more.
Honest recommendations
If we think an injectable won't get you the result you're describing, we'll say so and suggest what will.
Any Questions?
Do injectables hurt?
Most people describe it as a quick pinch. We can also apply a topical numbing cream before treatment if you'd prefer.
How long do results last?
Neuromodulators typically last three to four months. Fillers last six months to two years depending on the product and the area treated.
Will I look overdone?
Not if the treatment is planned well and dosed conservatively. We'd rather start with less and add at a follow-up than do too much at once.
Is there any downtime?
You can return to your day right away, though you may have some redness, swelling or small bruises for a few days. We'll ask you to skip strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours.
How soon will I see results?
Neuromodulators take three to seven days to start working and about two weeks to reach full effect.
Can I combine injectables with other treatments?
Yes, and many patients do. Your provider will recommend the order and spacing, since some treatments are best done a couple of weeks apart.

Why Patients Stay With Swãe
Choosing a medspa usually comes down to whether you trust the person planning your care. At Swãe, that person is a licensed provider who has examined you in person, taken time to understand what you want to change, and explained the options before anything is booked. The result is care that feels considered rather than transactional.
