Cancellation Policy
At Swãe MedSpa, we value your time and the time of our providers. Appointments are reserved specifically for each patient, so we kindly ask that you provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

No-Shows
A no-show is an appointment that is missed without prior notice.
No-show appointments are subject to a $100 fee. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen. However, arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled based on provider availability. If rescheduling is required due to a late arrival, the $75 cancellation fee may apply.
Deposits
Certain treatments or appointments may require a deposit to reserve your appointment.
When applicable, the deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits may be forfeited when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice or when a patient does not show for the appointment.
Some treatments may have additional deposit or cancellation requirements, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may occur. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation fees may be waived or adjusted at the discretion of Swãe MedSpa based on the circumstances.
Provider Cancellations
If Swãe MedSpa needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and assist you with rescheduling.
Any applicable deposit or payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment or handled according to the applicable service terms.
Repeated Cancellations & No-Shows
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional booking requirements, including a deposit or full prepayment for future appointments.
Swãe MedSpa reserves the right to decline future appointment bookings when repeated cancellations or no-shows interfere with our ability to serve other patients.
Policy Changes
Swãe MedSpa reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
